Only in China

Well this pass week we took a fun and interesting trip to China. We visited many of the great landmarks and sites. Although there are some interesting things that I believe you can only find in China.

1) Take a look at this picture....

It looks like a blur of nothing right? Well it's not, that is the sky, and that tiny yellow speck? That's the sun. That is NOT fog that is smog, because there wouldn't be fog at 1:00 in the afternoon! See, fog is all mystical and cool, but smog is dull and air polluting. Take a look at this picture this is at 3:00 in the afternoon this picture was taken a couple hundred yards away...

That, my friends, is not fog but smog.

2)Interesting thing about Chinese, their cheap, they like to reuse bottles over and over again. Sometimes, they don't read the label and they just pour the liquid right in. For example...

Olive oil is labeled vinegar, and vinegar is labeled olive oil.

3) Chinese are really good at pushing people to buy things, this lady almost followed us back the the hotel trying to sell us stuff. We finally gave in.
4) Only in China can you find a great, long wall that stretches over hundreds of miles.

This trip was definitely very interesting.
