I'm Done!!!

As of yesterday, I have read all the books of the BIBLE!!! Now I can say that my favorite book of the Bible is 1st and 2nd Tim. I also like 1st and 2nd Corinthians. I like all of them. Yes!!!

Recital Maddness

I'M FINALLY DONE!!!! In the past 2 weeks I have had 5 recitals. GAHH!!!! I've had 2 piano recitals, 2 violin recitals, and 1 group violin recital. I'm happy though because I finally got gold in piano. (Jumps for joy!!) I could have done better in my violin recitals though. Oh well I had fun. I'm even happier because my dog's finally getting cuter. YAY! (Random thought)

My Partner in Crime

I think God has truly blessed me with the best brother in the world. (Is it just me or does every little sibling say that?) My brother is caring, loving, and sometimes... hyper-crazy-super-duper-silly. He's willing to teach me something that he doesn't even know how to do. Did I mention he is also my partner in crime? Let me tell you a little story... It was the summer of 2004; my dad had subscribed to cable TV. We don't get regular channels where we live, so when we got cable, it meant CARTOONS! My dad was smarter than that, to keep us from getting addicted to TV, he set a parental lock on all our favorite channels. We could only watch TV when they typed in the code for us. That night my brother sat in his bed thinking of the different ways to crack the parental lock on the TV. Finally, he came up with the idea to sprinkle baking flour on the TV remote and ask our parents to type in the code, leaving the numbers from the code visible on the remote. Step 2 was to map out every combination and try each one until we got it right. On a weekday night when my mom was extremely busy in the kitchen, we decided to put phase 1 into action, I loaded to remote with flour and my brother handed the remote to my mom and begged her to let us watch TV. She looked at the remote and asked," Why is there white stuff on the remote?” My brother replied, “Oh, Jocelyn's just doing so crazy experiment,” which was true in a strange way. She replied," ok,ok,ok." ,typed in the code, and went back to cooking. Phase 1 was complete, we had received the needed numbers and we were ready to begin phase 2. Now after almost 4 years, I have forgotten what the numbers were, but anyway back to the story. Phase 2, when my mom and my brother left for flute lessons, I was left at home. I got the numbers from the remote and mapped out every possible combination. Then I went I tried every combination on the TV. Unfortunately, after every 7 tries the TV would shut down for 30 minutes. After the 20th or 30th try I finally got it. For 3 months my parents didn't know that we knew the code. When they did find out, they didn't know whether to scold us or to laugh. I consider my brother the best thing that I never wished for.

August Rush

August Rush is one of thee most AMAZING movies ever!!!!! The music is AWESOME(Hans Zimmer and someone else). The story is outstanding! It's about a boy with unordinary musical talents. He's like a Mozart. It's funny too! It's also very clean except for some cussing. After the movie, people were clapping. In the theater. Well anyways it's a really really really really really good movie so if you haven't watched it, go watch it.

Thanksgiving

Well it's Thanksgiving again... Same as last year, eat a thanksgiving meal, then its back to normal life again. Sometimes I wonder are we REALLY thankful for what we have, or do we just saying that were thankful but not really mean it. To quote my brother, “Sometimes we're not truly thankful for something until it's taken away from us.". This Thanksgiving I realized that I am truly blessed, I have a loving family, A very cool brother, I have a roof to live under, God has blessed me with wonderful talents, and he has given me much more. So this Thanksgiving be thankful for what you have.

Batman vs. Nightwing vs. Orcale

Who's better? Well let's see Batman has genius-level intelligence, is a master detective, is a master escapologist, has Peak human physical condition, and is a Martial arts master. On the down side Batman ALWAYS gloomy and depressed. In bright day light is Gotham's famous billionaire, playboy ,and philanthropist Bruce Wayne.
Nightwing was the very 1st and original robin (sidekick to Batman). After a while he was tired of being Robin, not to mentio n he was fired too. He then became Nightwing. He settled down in Bludhaven, became a cop by day, and the city's avenging angel by night. Some of his qualities are peak human level athlete/acrobat, exceptional martial artist master tactician and field commander, and master detective. Nightwing's secret identity is Richard Grayson. Growing up, he one of the main stars of the act the Flying Graysons. He is the only person on Earth(in the Dc world) who can do the quadruple somersault. His detective and martial arts skills are close if not equal to Batman's level, making him one of the greatest crime fighters alive. He speaks with fluency in English, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese (though he appears not to know how to read the last three), and has some knowledge of Romany and the alien language of Tamaran.


Oracle was the former batgirl, after the joker shot her in the stomach, she lost the use of her body from waist down. She possesses a genius-level intellect; photographic memory; deep knowledge of computers and electronics; expert skills as a hacker; and graduate training in library sciences. Oracle has also trained under the tutelage of Richard Dragon, one of DC's premier martial artists, to engage in combat (using eskrima) from her wheelchair. Meet Maple

This is Maple. My incredibility cute, yet annoying dog. But, right now she's not so adorable or fuzzy,because she had to get shaved because of matted hair. But I still love her,because she's my happy, stain-making doggy!!
